Terms of service

INTRODUCTION
The following Terms of service are applicable to all services and products offered by J-SPEC PERFORMANCE SA and all users of our online store.

PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
The compatibility of the product ordered must always be verified by the buyer prior to installation.
A product that is no longer in its original condition or with damaged packaging will not be accepted for a return, even if the error is ours.

LEGALITY OF PRODUCTS FOR STREET USE
It's the buyer's responsability to verify with their local law if the product being purchased is legal or not from street use in the corresponding country.
J-SPEC PERFORMANCE SA takes no responsability for an illegal use of the products.
If a product is supplied with a street homologation for Switzerland we explicitly indicate it.
If not, it is to be considered for motorsports use thus not street legal.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are not indicated on our website. If the buyer wants to know an estimated delivery time we recommend contacting us before placing the order.
We cannot guarantee any delivery times.
Eventual delays due not justify a request of order cancellation, compensation or refund.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept major credit cards, TWINT, Postfinance and bank wire transfer.

SHIPPING
The goods travel at the risk of the buyer and shipping conditions are defined by the shipping company. J-SPEC PERFORMANCE SA is not responsible for the risk of transport of the goods.
The buyer shall always verify the condition of the goods when receiving the parcel, before accepting from the shipping delivery courier.
Eventual problems must be communicated within 24 hours of receival of the package.

WARRANTY
A warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase applies to all products supplied with a certificate of homologation for street use and those that are legal for street use without additional documents.
For all carbon products there is no warranty on the clear coating, discolouring or any other aesthetical defect.
For products intented for motorsports use J-SPEC PERFORMANCE SA does not give any direct warranty. For eventual warranties, it's the manufacturers warranty that applies and the customer must contact the manufacturer directly.

ORDER CANCELLATION
It's possible to cancel an online order within 24 hours by sending us an e-mail to info@j-specperf.ch
Only this method of cancellation is accepted.
All orders are considered as final after 24 hours.

REFUNDS
See our refund policy.

DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, the competent court is exclusively located in Locarno Campagna.

WEBSITE ACCURACY
We are not responsible for eventual errors in product descriptions or images.
